I’m Richard Jack III.

Everyone thought I had it all together — calm under pressure, always dependable, the one everyone leaned on.

For 20 years in the military, I led elite teams through chaos every day. On the outside, I was solid. But inside? I was exhausted. Numb. I remember sitting alone in my car after work, staring at the steering wheel, thinking: “Is this really it?”

I’d built a life that impressed everyone — but fulfilled no one.

Everything changed at a seminar I almost skipped. The speaker asked: “What three words describe you today?” I wrote: Driven. Focused. Disciplined. Then he asked: “Who do you want to be?” After a long pause, I wrote: Relaxed. Fun. Fulfilled.

That realization forced me to change everything. And now? I help others do the same.
